User :   I had slight spotting two weeks before I had an abnormal period last month with cramping before, during and after it. Now I missed this month's period by 5 days and I have had MANY pregnancy symptoms. However, all my HPT's have been negative. My boyfriend had a vasectomy so could it really be preganacy?
