User :   On 27th August I had undergone Angioplasty for an artery which was blocked 100%.

User :   Yes I walk for 20/25 mins two times a day. I eat only bland food, very little oil or spices.

4. Cholesterol is present in meat, shell fish, liver, poultry with skin and the yolk of an egg. Avoid eating these food items even though all of these are rich sources of protein.
