Doctor :   and discuss with them whenever you feel like that
User :   like an evaluation
Doctor :   as you were a mother at a very young age
Doctor :   that happens
User :   if i discuss with them they get mad and take extreme steps
Doctor :   just remember that it is natural for you to feel frustrated
User :   so again i feel horrible
Doctor :   if they are not able to help you
Doctor :   then you might need to take the help of a counsellor for behaviour therapy
User :   i think that will be better
Doctor :   try talking to a neutral person like a friend or sister
User :   coz when i tell my family they typically start off that even they were mothers
Doctor :   a counsellor would also probably advice the same
