User :   Good evening,
I am experiencing tingling in my lower arms and hands and lips, my face has turned bright red, and my heartrate appears to have increased. I don't know if I'm having an allergic reaction to something or if I am having a heart attack? I am a 38 year old female, 5'7", 200 pounds, smoke occassionally and don't drink. I'm on Lamotrigine for BiPolar Depression 2. I take no other medications. The only thing out of the ordinary tonight was I ate fried whitefish for dinner (purchased, not made). I am without a car at the moment and do not know if this is something I should go to the ER about. Thank you.
