Doctor :   There is a condition termed as positional vertigo. It is a condition where a patient gets dizzy, nauseated, vomits, uneasiness that occurs when ever there is a sudden change in the position of the head.
User :   wat is d permanent solution for this
Doctor :   I believe what you have is this.
Doctor :   The cause why this happens is not clearly understood, however,
Doctor :   it is associated with some Ear, nose, throat and sinus conditions.
User :   but wen i took tretment for this der was no improvement in my condition but wen my doc treated for cold infection it reduced considerably
Doctor :   If you do suffer from regular sinusitis, it could be a contributing factors.
User :   i was given vertin 16 but it didnt help me
Doctor :   Other causes which may trigger positional vertigo are mild infections (viral), certain fluid and electrolyte abnormalities, few drugs, hormones and so on.
Doctor :   Off course a structural brain problem in the CV junction can also be a cause. This is ruled out by the CT brain scan.
User :   so wat oder test clearly defines my problem
Doctor :   This conditions usually settles on its own.
User :   is it doppler test
Doctor :   It could take a few days to few months to settle.
