User :   i dislocated my knee a few weeks ago and have had it in a knee brace since then, i have been taking good care of it. since yesterday or the day before though i have notice someething keeps popping out from underneath the knee cap and when it pops back in it is very uncomfortable and painful. do you know what that can be?
