Doctor :   Let me tell you a few facts about PCOS
Doctor :   In most of the cases you do not have Regular periods due to the PCOS
Doctor :   Do you have something of that sort ?
User :   correct witch i dont there always irregular but never more then a week starting with brown discharge...and never feeling nausious
Doctor :   I feel that you might not be pregnant as it will test positive at least once if you test twice or thrice , How many times have you tested since the last discharge period
User :   once..that was this morning..and my last period was the 20th of december
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   Please test thrice for the Urine test as usually you have false negatives , one test two days later and the next one four days later.
Doctor :   But as you have seen brown spotting, I would say Not to Worry.
User :   ok..but if im not pregnant what else do you think it could be?
Doctor :   Your periods may start any time or you can even miss a period sometimes in PCOS.
Doctor :   So please do not get tense or stressed out, Please calm down and wait for one more week.
Doctor :   But if you still have some abnormal abdominal pain or continuous nausea or vomiting or fever, I would suggest you to go for A Ultrasound scan to rule out any ECTOPIC pregnancy.
Doctor :   Hope I have not confused you ?
Doctor :   How about you hemoglobin levels and how is your general health status , are you weak and are you having any work related stress which can also lead to missed periods ?
Doctor :   Do you have enough hemoglobin in your blood ?
User :   I havent had a feaver or abdominal at do you think my nausia and extream headakes could be from the pcos?
Doctor :   Yes, You are right , it could be because of that.
Doctor :   Due to hormonal imbalances in PCOS.
User :   no stress..and my health is fine other then the infertility...and i havent been tested for hemoglobin
Doctor :   Ok, That is encouraging,
Doctor :   Let me advise you in a nut shell, the steps to follow.
User :   ok
Doctor :   1. Two urine pregnancy tests two days later and four days later.
Doctor :   2. If not confirmed wait for 3 more days and take tab.advil thrice daily for three days.
Doctor :   3. If symptoms persisit go for A GYNEC Consultation for an Ultrasound to rule out Ectopic
