Doctor :   hi
Doctor :   how can I help you?
Doctor :   please proceed with our health query
User :   For the last month or so, I have noticed 3-5 small pinkish papules on the left side of the shaft of my penis. They are isolated from eachother, they do not itch, and they are not painful. There is no discharge, and sometimes they vary in size in the same day. My last sexual contact was over six months ago.
Doctor :   let me read what you have typed
Doctor :   do you see them enlarge while penis in in erect state?
Doctor :   are you there?
User :   no, they actually appear smaller...
User :   and they are completely asymptamotic
Doctor :   ok, when you press on them, do they tend to disappear or blanch out?
User :   they blanch, but if i squeeze them they become blood is coming to the surface
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   do you masturbate?
User :   yes, and tat appears to irritate them
Doctor :   have you found any relation between them getting bigger or more red while you are masturbating?
User :   they become more red...but not bigger
User :   if i abstain from masturbating for a couple of days, they decrease in size
Doctor :   ok, the symptoms and the signs that you describe to me, suggest the pink papules to be superficial blood vessels
Doctor :   and if they are, then they are harmless
Doctor :   they will not cause any problems, you can leave them alone
Doctor :   but in case you do develop and bad odor, or discharge coming out, or itching or burning in penis, then i would recommend you to get it examined by your doctor.
Doctor :   get a STD screening test done too, since you have had a sexual encounter before
User :   thank you for your help..
Doctor :   such that any possible infection can be ruled out
Doctor :   and if found, then it can be treated early
Doctor :   have you followed what I have said?
Doctor :   is there anything else you would like to ask me?
Doctor :   It seems you have moved out of the chat window. Please log in back if you have medical queries.
