User :   so what is the reason for acne at the back?
Doctor :   Like many other chronic condition, acne again is not completely understood as far as the cause is concerned.
Doctor :   In simple terms, there cannot be a single cause that can be completely responsible for the development of acne.

Doctor :   1. Age - individuals in reproductory age group are more common.
Doctor :   2. Hormones - testosterone and oestrogen hormones in male and female respectively are factors responsible.
