User:I have consulted a doctor yesterday for Piles - fistula
User:Having pain in anal region due to mass external piles
User:doctor has given me some syrup ad ointment, which i think is of no use
Doctor:can you tell me the name of the ointment?
User:I am unable to go to office as I fear that this would aggrevate

User:this happended to me 6 months before with more intensity
Doctor:You should use it 20 minutes before passing stools and also before going to bed
