Doctor:How can I help you?
User:im 30 yrs old...looking fr good face cream
User:which can help me all the age realted problems
Doctor:Since I am unable to examine the skin, I cannot predict the problems you have
Doctor:can you brief me the problems you face?
User:little pgmentation, acnes and dryness
User:loosing the charm of young skin
Doctor:since when are you having these symptoms?
User:last year
User:as of know im using OLAY total effect
User:i have also the problem of PCOS
Doctor:Let me brief you.
Doctor:Skin symptoms of aging are generally due to multiple factors such as acne, loss of essential oils, skin drying, etc.
Doctor:So the best cream that would be needed depend on the symptoms you have.
User:still if you can suggest me something
Doctor:Considering that your primary symptoms are acne, acne related pigmentation and xerosis, I think you will need a good mositurizing agent with sun screen.
User:some brand if you can suggest
Doctor:If the acne are predominant and severe, you may use isotretinoin 0.025% creams - ONLY AT NIGHT.
Doctor:This is to be applied in a thin film on the affected areas only.
Doctor:Avoid sun exposure with the cream.
Doctor:In addition to this, choose a moisturizer which contains aloevera.
Doctor:along with it sunscreen agents with SPF more than 30 would benefit you.
User:please suggest me some good brand: as all the cream says they are the best
Doctor:Most Neutrogena products (moisturizer / sun screens) have these ingredients.
User:ok odctor
User:thank you
Doctor:Finally take plenty of water
Doctor:and diet needs to be containing plenty of fruits and vegetables.
Doctor:See a dermatologist if symptoms are severe and the creams are not helping you.
Doctor:Have you followed?
Doctor:Do you have any other query?
Doctor:Are you there?
User:no i have not visited the dermatologist
User:i have dandruff problem too, for that i use natural therapy egg nad curd
Doctor:The creams suggested to you are good acne treatment, moisturizer and sun screen and should take care of the skin problem.
Doctor:Do test a small area with the cream for allergies before you try it on the whole skin.
User:that NEUTROGENA???
Doctor:Any new cosmetic product especially on the face needs to be checked for allergies
Doctor:that include neutrogena and isotretinoin.
User:ok ..:)
Doctor:Regarding dandruff - this again is a chronic condition. We think of prevention and complete cure is difficult.
Doctor:Antidandruff shampoo might work better in treating dandruff than natural therapy
Doctor:so if you haven't tried one, do try them.
User:should i leave OLAY
Doctor:You may wish to choose nizoral shampoo (a medicated shampoo) rather than chemical treatment.
Doctor:I am not sure of the contents of olay total effect.
Doctor:Look at the ingredients if it contains a good moisturizer (Vitamin K or olevera),
Doctor:good sunscreen (SPF above 30).
Doctor:If it contains SPF at 15, it would also do.
Doctor:It doesn't have any effects on acne though.
Doctor:Neutrogena product also doesn't have effect on acne, hence I suggested you to try isotretinoin cream along with one of this product.
Doctor:Lastly remember skin care doesn't end with cosmetic cream.
Doctor:Oral intake of healthy diet (which contains plenty of fruits and vegetables) and plenty of water is important.
Doctor:Hope it is clear to you.
Doctor:Do you have any other query?
User:no thank you
Doctor:Thanks for consulting me.
Doctor:Bye for now.
