User :   This query is regarding my father who is aged 61 yrs

User :   then he consulted the doctor and then he came to know regd this

User :   he told complete rest for his right hand
Doctor :   Ok whenever there is pain he has to follow the tips
Doctor :   Ice the area twice a day for 20 minutes to help to decrease inflammation and relieve pain.
Doctor :   Do not put ice directly on the skin. Wrap it in a towel.
