User :   Since sunday I have been having fever in the evening

User :   for the same i took crocin cold and flu thrice a day as adviced
User :   I also did by CBC , urine routine + malarial parasite
Doctor :   so has there been a benefit by taking crocin ?
User :   Every is normal except for Eosinophils which is 13

User :   yday i had no fever and today again, i have slight fever...and body pain (lethargic)
User :   i am 38 yr old male and dont smoke nor drink
Doctor :   do u have any other symptoms like body ache, cough, diarrhea, etc
User :   slight cough + sore throat (manageable)...
Doctor :   any running nose , blocked nose , ear ache
User :   no...
Doctor :   it seems that you have pharyngitis
Doctor :   infection of the throat
User :   my problem is not cough / sorethroat
User :   its this fever and bodyache which is bothering me...
Doctor :   streptococcal infections of the sorethroat can cause fever, body ache etc

Doctor :   the systemic signs of infection is fever, body pain, fatigue
Doctor :   you can take ibuprofen instead of crocin
Doctor :   take ibuprofen 800 mg twice daily
Doctor :   this will be very helpful
Doctor :   in addition take cetirizine tablets once daily
User :   i have already taken crocin cold n flu today...what should i do in that case ?
Doctor :   also warm salt water gargling 3-4 times daily will soothen the throat and reduce the infection
Doctor :   u can take ibuprofen from tomorrow

Doctor :   all your symptoms will go away in about 2-3 days
Doctor :   the high eosinophil count could be due to seasonal allergy,
Doctor :   and you need not worry about that
Doctor :   it will subside over time
