User :   Hi Is there any way that we avoid accumulation of flum in the throat

User :   Its like on & off , Am having this problem from the past 12 yrs
Doctor :   Do you have any other problems like breathlessness, tonsillitis etc?

Doctor :   Ok, first of all this chronic flum can be suggestive of some infection also like sore throat, sinusitis etc
Doctor :   Do hot water mixed with salt gargles 3 to 4 times a day
User :   i think i have sinusitis

Doctor :   Also take 1 tbsp of honey in a glass of warm water daily after getting up in morning

Doctor :   Avoid taking too cold things and also exposure to cold environment

Doctor :   Also you can have Chamomile tea with lemon and honey.

Doctor :   If all these things do not help you get yourself examined by an ENT, also you may require an X ray skull to rule our sinusitis infection.

Doctor :   Keep taking Steam also 3 to 4 times a day so that if your sinuses are blocked they may open by regular steam
