I am 29 years old... I have a long persistant acidity, gas and loss of appetite issue
I have visited serveral doctors in the last 2 years and nothing seems to help
could you please advice
Do you eat lot of oily, spicy food
not much actually
coffee, tea, alcohol, smoking?
yes coffee and smoking
but the problem was there much before I started smoking
ok do you eat at regular times
breakfast at about 10 am
not of late
but last 2 years were stressful
much better in the last 2 months
actually I have a problem with milk
makes my stomach bloat
what is it
and makes me very uneasy
ok what about pudhina juice
that i can try
can i make it at home?
add pudhina, lime, salt, sugar and ginger, jeera to this
drink this after food everyday twice
reduce smoking and aclohol
i dont take alcohol
ok that is good
smoking definitely i can give up
reduce coffee tea instead drink butermilk
how about tea?
even that will cause, reduce all spicy food, red meat
im a veggie
I have idlis/wadas with sambhar in the morning
is it harmful?
try these for few days. also exercise daily or go fro walks,movement of the body will help in digestion
idli is good not vada
that too early morning it is bad
eat idli,chapathi,dosa, oats for break fast

and actually I get hungry at 4 pm-5 pm
but start with pudhina juice , buttermilk, curds
and i eat biscuits
is it wrong?
ok,certain biscuit like XXXXXXX is ok, not other cream or choclaate ones
try organic biscuits
available in organic shops
and what can i have on empty stomach in the morning?
also avoid all artificially flavoured , coloured foods
i usually have tea
rusk with light tea
rusk is good for acidity
have made a note...
start with pudhina juice , it will definitely help you.
