User :   hi i am having on and off pain in the area near my heart. it's been coming and going for a few weeks. i don't seem to have other symptoms.

Doctor :   Any chest pain arising will be first treated by a dose of antacids for 14 days. for which you can take PRILODSEC 20 mg
