User :   ok so you were saying about light exercise after 3 weeks?

So after 3 weeks you can start with normal exercise at the Heart rate, 120 beats / minute
User :   ok so what you recommend as i usually do an hour....broken up into 20 mins aerobics, 20 mins weights and 20 mins abs
User :   but i think this may be too much correct?

User :   ok thats good to now that i think of it i met a friend yesterday and probably over the day had 4-5 cups of coffee so maybe this was a trigger?

User :   ok also alcohol should be avoided correct? I havent had a drink since on the meds just out of common sense but i was told t specifically avoid it but I as I say I assume that I should not drink and alchohol?
