User :   Of late, i'm getting very voilent with past events/thougts
User :   thougts are getting very complicating, disturbing my concenration in work

User :   i've been under diagnosis for schizophrenia paranoid for 10 yrs now

User :   i'm sending abusing emails to my professors, who I believe could have prevented my current state. But they let it happen

User :   My wife is aware of my contditon and medication

User :   events i've forgotten, but the thougts related to it are building up

User :   but its only affecting my sex life

Doctor :   now coming to having grudges against your professors , how do u think they could have helped you?
User :   if they had communicated to me in a understandable, that I was being kept track of stealing library books of my friends

User :   i could avoided the humiliation
User :   i've forgotten the event of stealing books, and subsequent harassment
User :   but unrelated thoughts are building up
Doctor :   So you mean, you were caught for stealing books ? am i getting it right ?
User :   i dint get caught physically, but it became known to them

User :   and i was subjected mental torture
Doctor :   Did they bring it to the notice of all your friends and the class ?

User :   whole of the institute erupted against me

User :   i thought when I leave the institute, and go to a different place, things would be fine
User :   but I was wrong
User :   word of mouth (email) spreads like anything

User :   at this point, i stated getting lot os thoughts

User :   as to why for a few books, whole society is against

Doctor :   please know, that everyone commits mistakes in their life
Doctor :   there is no one in this world, that has not done any wrong in this world
Doctor :   even great people have done mistakes
Doctor :   So there is nothing, in this world, that cannot be corrected by adopting correct steps
User :   but what is paining, is the sustained harassment, as if planned and backed by some crack
Doctor :   Now that you have a good life, a loving wife and a successful career
Doctor :   so forget the past and become a new person
User :   when I'm occupied with my work, i'm fine
Doctor :   if some one confronts you, with your past, TELL accept it , and tell them, that you are a changed person
User :   but when i become little idle, things go uncontrolled
User :   the problem, is they dont tell
User :   they do by reference of thoughts
Doctor :   One way, to go ahead, is if possible call the professors and then talk to them, and tell them that you forgive them
Doctor :   and tell them that you are sorry for what you had done
Doctor :   In this way, your action now, can give you mental peace, and you can forget about the grudges against those people that you think about

User :   as i said earlier, these events have faded considerably, but unrelated thoughts are now coming to me, and is much disturning than that of stealing books
Doctor :   what are these unrelated thoughts?
User :   thoughts, such as in my home, my elders brothers wife has had pre marital sex with someone else
User :   and trying to linke with Ayodhya dispute, where Hindus should have lost the case
Doctor :   the best advice i can give you is , you need adjustment of medicines , which can reduce the thoughts that you have
Doctor :   the current issues are due to abnormal hormonal balance which can be corrected with better meds available no

Doctor :   and these indicate that ur meds have to be upgraded
User :   but ther are getting concreteised in my mind
