Doctor :
these are papules on the penis
Doctor :
papules can occur anywhere on the penis and what the google you have seen is pearly whit papules which is at the rim
User :   yea
User :   pearly
Doctor :
these are the papules which are at the top
Doctor :   there are fine hairs on the glans
User :   i cannot notice hairs
Doctor :
FINE hair
User :   what is a fine hair?
Doctor :
which is not noticible
User :   lol
User :   ohhk
User :   what do i need to do now?
Doctor :   let me complete
Doctor :
these fine hairs which are not noticeable to naked eye sometime grow inwards and cause raised lesions called papules
Doctor :   this is the commonest in the young age people
Doctor :
the second one is as you have feared the wart
Doctor :
they are called planar wart
Doctor :   to differentiate between them it requires that you undergo for HPV dna test
Doctor :
if the test for HPV DNA is negative
Doctor :
than you can leave it like that so that in a period of time it will get resolved by itself
Doctor :
if it is positive for hpv dna than you may require the treatment for the hpv
User :   hmmn
Doctor :
did you follow
User :   yes i do
User :   i understand clearly
Doctor :
the negative point against the wart is using the venegar has not changed the color
User :   yes
User :   it hasnt
User :   at all
User :   i can put vinegar on it now
User :   and take a picture
Doctor :   no
User :   so u see for your self
Doctor :   not required
Doctor :
vinegar is acid
User :   this is cooking vinegar though
Doctor :   repeated use of it will damage the glans skin
User :   i bought two types
Doctor :
glans penis skin is very sensitive
User :   malted
User :   and cider
Doctor :
glans penis is sensitive skin if it damaged than difficult to repair
Doctor :
plz dont experiment with the glans skin
Doctor :
any other area yes you can do
Doctor :
ok
User :   ok
User :   thanks
User :   my problem is i can not do no test while in the UK
Doctor :   now we have this DNA tests
Doctor :
when these tests are available why to put the glans skin under the acid?
User :   ok i understand
User :   so my next step is to go do the HPV DNA test
Doctor :
yes
Doctor :
if it is negative
User :   ok
User :   it is a blood test right?
Doctor :   than probably it is negative for the hpv
Doctor :
yes it is a blood test
User :   ok
User :   i will get that done ASAP
Doctor :   get back to me with the report
User :   yes i will
User :   thanks for your help
User :   but you still think it is not an HPV infection right?
Doctor :   yes clinically i do not suspect
User :   ok
Doctor :
one point in favour of it is unprotected sexual exposure
User :   but scientifically i should be sure
User :   yes
Doctor :
and one point against it is vinegar did not change the color
Doctor :
yes these are probability and posibilities
Doctor :
we have the confirmatory tests
Doctor :
we shall get it done
User :   ok no problem
User :   i will do that ASAP
User :   secondly
Doctor :   yes
User :   if the HPV DNA is positive
User :   can it be cured?
Doctor :
ok
Doctor :   yes the warts can be removed
Doctor :
the infection will be cleared by our body defence mechanism
Doctor :
and it takes lot of time
User :   hmmn
Doctor :
tile that time you have to observe certain precautions
Doctor :   that*
Doctor :   further course of action can be decided after the test report
Doctor :
for the time leave the glans as it is
User :   okay
User :   ok no problem
Doctor :
and do not injure the glans skin with vinegar
Doctor :
ok
User :   i will see if i can have the test done while in the UK
User :   otherwise
User :   i will have to wait till i get back home
User :   ending of this month
Doctor :   no problem
Doctor :
there are gum clinics in the uk
Doctor :
approach them
Doctor :   they will get it done
User :   ok i will make research about this now
Doctor :
