User :   I had very strong rapid heartbeats accompanied by faintness for about 10 minutes yesterday, should I see my GP. I have a slight mitral valve leak

User :   51 year old female generally in good health.
Doctor :   How about hypertension,diabetes.
User :   No diabetes, not sure about BP? Has been sligtly raised in the past

User :   I was really scared at the time as I thought I was going to pass out
Doctor :   Could you feel any other pain sypmtoms like chest pain,

Doctor :   radiation to the shoulder?

Doctor :   anything like vomiting or loose motions.
User :   no nothing, just a racing heart and slight shortness of breath, dizziness, but I think I may have been hyperventilating
