User :   its been 2 days when my right breast became swollen at painful

User :   im post TAH and post Left salpingo oophorectomy

User :   itching first then very painful
User :   much more painful when i touch the hard lymp node
Doctor :   Are your periods regular? Do you have noticed this swelling since two days only?
User :   no more periods because im already hysterectomized

User :   this is the 2nd time it happened
Doctor :   Why was the Hysterectomy done?
User :   the 1st was late last year
Doctor :   Do you mean painful breast in the lump is happening second time?
User :   wrong gynecologic surgery that led to hemorrhage

User :   and its the same lump that is painful
User :   its also near the armpit
User :   its like throbing pain

User :   we have a family history of breast cancer

User :   and the weird thing is every time the pain in the breast intensify there is also pain in my right ovary part

Doctor :   I will advise you to go for hormonal evaluation and also get it examined. Also you may require Biopsy of these swelling to see the exact nature

Doctor :   First of all it needs to be examined for any discharge, surrounding area, nipple size, lump consistency and then tests like Biopsy, Mammogram may be required.
User :   some of the areas of the areola is becoming dark
User :   ang its big because of swelling but only the right side

User :   is there any connection of my breast pain with the pain so much alike in my right remaining ovary
Doctor :   It can be that there are hormonal alterations in your body because of Hysterectomy and it may be causing both pains

Doctor :   Breast pain can be due to many causes as Fibroadenoma(benign tumour), breast abscess, inflammation.
Doctor :   It can be commented after proper evaluation and investigation.

User :   ok i forgot to tell you that the result of the histopathology of the left ovary was serous cystadenoma

Doctor :   Ok serous cystadenoma is a benign tumour and present as cystic masses

User :   ok my right ovary has a 4.1cm cysts but its already here for 4 plus years and is causing pain

User :   is this cysts in the right ovary be at risk of becoming cancerous?
User :   yes as i have told you its causing pain at the same time with my right breast
Doctor :   It depends on the nature of cyst, since when do you have this cyst? Is it increasing in size?
User :   im already hyterectomized but i am feeling dysmenorrhea like pain again
Doctor :   It may be because your hormonal levels may be fluctuating.
