User :   Hi Dr My name is I Have lum in my bum which grew very fast. Its growing and having pain. Its very hard. Do you think it is cancer lum
Doctor :   what is your age, occupation , weight and height ?
Doctor :   is there any redness , or pus or discharge there ?
User :   my age is 40, weight 90kg and height 173. There is no rediness or pus

User :   size might be 3/4 inches by 2/3 inches
Doctor :   so its not compressible ?
User :   before 1 year I was getting this type of lum and it was going off. No it is not compressible
Doctor :   i feel that it could be a lipoma or a infected abscess
Doctor :   But that would need evaluation and physical examination
User :   what is lipoma or

Doctor :   lipoma = fat tissue forming a swelling like tissue
