User :   My dad found a painful moveable lump in his breast a month ago. He also has pain and swelling under both of his arms. He is getting it checked but I can't help but really worry this is breast cancer. Is there anything else it can be. The lump is not fluid filled.

User :   yes
Doctor :   Is the size increasing since the first appearance?
User :   not really just more pain, the lump and under his arms
Doctor :   Is the lump only in one or both breasts?
User :   just one and can be moved around. it is solid though
Doctor :   Does he have lumps anywhere in the body?

User :   not that he has found
Doctor :   What is the size of the lump, any idea?
User :   size of a pea
Doctor :   Does it pain with pressing or without pressing?
User :   both i believe but more when pressed
Doctor :   Any discharge per nipple?
User :   no
Doctor :   Does he have any other problems?
Doctor :   Does he have large breasts?
User :   not really, just age problems I think.
User :   he is overweight so a little larger
Doctor :   Does it pain near the testicles too?
Doctor :   What is his weight?
User :   i didn't ask him but i don't think so
User :   he is 260lbs
Doctor :   Any family history of breast cancer?
User :   yes on his side
Doctor :   Any tests done yet, or Doctor's opinion taken?
User :   he is getting ultrasound and mammogram this week. a needle has been inserted into the lump to see if there is fluid and there was none

Doctor :   The needle test is called FNAC
Doctor :   If FNAC is not helpful, then biopsy is the next investigation
User :   isn't there other things that can cause these symptoms
Doctor :   Many other things present this way
Doctor :   You need not be panicky
Doctor :   If you have not gone to doctor, you have to panic
User :   if it is cancer is it treatable even if it is in the lyph nodes under the arms
Doctor :   Since it is being investigaed
Doctor :   I think it is treatable
Doctor :   My opinion is it could be infective cause
