Doctor :   Hi
User :   Hi
Doctor :
Yes i was mentioning about the treatment for your headaches.
User :   yes.. you were saying...
Doctor :
Your headaches are similar to the tension type of headaches.
Doctor :
And i said the main treatment lies in avoiding the stressors.
User :   Is this aching common to move or be in that type of pattern .. from the back of my head to the top and over my forehead...it seems like a line on both sides of my head from back to the front?
Doctor :   The characheristics of the tension head ache are one which starts from the periphery usually the sides of the head and go to the tip of the head.
User :   I know I should avoid the stressors.. I've just never been in this position before of not having a job and trying to survive daily...so when I got these pains I then began to worry about them along with the worry of not having enough money for my bills..
Doctor :
This is the usual pattern of a tension head ache.
Doctor :
that is why i mentioned this looks similar to one such headaches.
User :   thats how mine does do.. usually early on its in the back of my head.. and after awhile it seems like the top of my head has the ache
Doctor :
Apart from avoiding the stressors there are a few analgesics you can try.
Doctor :
The simplest of them is tab tylenol.
User :   any particular tylenol?
Doctor :   Plain tylenol is enough.
Doctor :
Take a tablet as soon as the headaches start happening.
User :   take one tablet? is the tablet better than the capsules?
Doctor :
Either cap or a tablet will do.
User :   ok
Doctor :
They both have the same effects.
Doctor :
Good sleep and a regular diet is also essential.
User :   Were there other analgesics you suggest other than the tylenol? Is advil the same because I've taken it before...?
Doctor :
You can try those if it has helped you.
Doctor :   DO you have any other query?
Doctor :
Other pain killers are not available over the counter.
User :   I just havent had anything like this before and was trying to figure out what was going on.. so this is a common issue with stress to have aches like this all over the head?
Doctor :
Yes.
User :   Is there a particular point or issue when I should worry more about this problem?
Doctor :
It is one of the common variety of headaches.
Doctor :
You need to consult a GP if the headaches becomes very severe or if the frequency of heaches increases.
User :   I mean after I've woken up in the morning .. and I begin to wonder why it hasn't gone away the ache starts and is on and off throughout the day..
Doctor :
You may need evaluation and may be few drugs to prevent these headaches.
User :   what would be an increase in frequency.. its a dull ache but like I said between exercise heat and other things its on and off throughout the day
Doctor :   You can try these medications and if the headaches are not getting controlled then or,
Doctor :
If the head aches recur very frequently following the medications inspite of all the measures then you may need treatment to [revent such haeadaches,
Doctor :
that what i meant.
Doctor :
Have you followed?
Doctor :
Are you there?
User :   Yes I follow.. Hopefully I might have a new job starting soon so with that to take my mind away and doing these other things that may control or fix this issue.. if not I may go see a doctor.. but nothing now seems to you like it is a major issue right?
Doctor :
Yes.
Doctor :
Do not worry much on your headaches.
Doctor :
They will get reduced once you get back to your normal routine.
User :   Thank you.. I'm looking forward to a normal routine.
Doctor :
Do you have any other query?
