User :   Hello doctor, I have been nursing a stress fracture in my foot for a couple of weeks now. My doctor put me on vicodin ES for the pain, everything was healing and feeling good until yesterday when I feel down the stairs...I'm in extreme pain and can't see my doctor until there a way to provide me with a script for pain for the weekend until I cna get in to see him?

User :   not to mention I think I've twisted my knee,

User :   The motrin 800 is not helping

User :   yes it is, when I fell, my body went down
User :   but my left side of my leg, which is my bad foot stayed put
User :   I'm very uncomfortable and worried I could have re-injured it

User :   but I can see my doctor until monday after noon, I don't know where else to turn....

1. Do not bear weight on the affected feet and the knee.
User :   I haven't been, I've been on crutches for two weeks

2. Use ice packs on the affected limb over the area of the swelling.
User :   Is there anything you can do for the pain, believe me I'm not doctor shopping, just in an extremely hard position to go out to urgent care

4. Use Brufen tablets 200 mg twice a day
User :   I have been taking the 800s and it's been fine until last night

User :   I haven't been taking them because the pain wasn't bad...I stopped the vicodin two weeks ago when the script was out....everything was fine until I took the fall yesterday
