User :   I have been having chronic pain in my lower back due to a lower lumbar that ruptured 8 years ago. I had surgery but the pain has never stopped completley and over the past year has got quite worse, with pain shooting into my right hip like when I first found out it was sciatica related. I also am having trouble with my knees. THey are sore and painful all of the time, standing for prolonged periods of more than 15 minutes or so, walking through the grocery store makes them worse. Also, My right wrist has been painfil for a month or so now. I feel like I am having some sort of arthritis to go along with my back pain.
Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :
Let me read it
User :   Hi
User :   sure
Doctor :   Ok

Doctor :
Now Before discussing the issue
Doctor :
I would like to get a few info
User :   OK
Doctor :
May I know your age and gender?
User :   28/m
Doctor :   Ok

Doctor :   Your symptoms does favour arthritis
User :   I thought I was a little young for that
Doctor :
Ok
Doctor :
But how about any family history of the same?
User :   is fibermyalga (spelling) genetic? My Aunt has that. My Grandma had arthritis in her hands and feet before she passed for many years. My mom has some in her fingers and she works at a computer desk 40 hours a week.
Doctor :   Ok

Doctor :
both are musculoskeletal disorders
Doctor :
but fibromyalgia has a more of psychological origin
Doctor :
and the exact cause is not known
User :   hmm
User :   Can any of that be related to persistent headaches? I get headaches 3-4 times a week, and they are sometimes severe enough where I have to lie down.
Doctor :   Fibromyalgia does have

Doctor :   but along with pain in the neck
Doctor :
one more likely possibility is Cervical spondylitis/spondylosis
User :   I don't know what that is?
Doctor :
Ok
Doctor :
That is a condition where in there shall be problem in the cervical spine
User :   that makes sense, when I stand or try to get up the pain not only hurts in my low back and hip like when I had surgery but radiates up the sides of my back all the way through my neck
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :
Have you got yourself examined by an Orthopedic surgeon in the recent past?
User :   I have in the past, probably 7 years ago when I had back surgery for my ruptured dic, which I was assuming until now, this was all related to. I was going to make an appointment with my MD tomorrow to talk about this and a number of other things.
Doctor :   Ok

Doctor :
Thats good
Doctor :
For now, the things which you need to do is
Doctor :
to talk about the conditions which I mentioned you
User :   does that condition have anything to do with my bad back to begin with?
Doctor :   Yes

Doctor :
It does have relation
User :   what kind of treatment options are avaliable?
Doctor :
The condition has to be treated as per the condition
Doctor :
mainly it involves drugs to help
User :   like what kind? I don't like painkillers
Doctor :   Painkillers is mainly for the immediate relief

User :   ok
Doctor :
and there are other drugs to modify diseases mainly in case of arthritis
User :   but you would presume it could be Cervical spondylitis/spondylosis
Doctor :
other than that it shall have certain exercises, physiotherapy, and orthopedic appliances
Doctor :
It is a likely possibility since you mentioned about headache
User :   appliances? like what
Doctor :
but the wrists and knees goes in favour of arthritis
Doctor :
Cervical collar, knee caps, etc
User :   great
User :   so is there anyway I can relay this info from here to my Dr.?
Doctor :   This is saved in your chat history

Doctor :
and you can take a print out
User :   ok
Doctor :
but the better option is to make a note of the important things
Doctor :
like the possibilities meaning diagnosis
Doctor :
and the treatment
Doctor :   options which I menioned/listed
Doctor :
'mentioned
User :   would medical marijuana be an option for the pain? I don't like strong painkillers and it is legal now in Oregon. Just an option.
Doctor :   Ok, but I am from India

Doctor :
and here it is heard with eyes wide open
Doctor :
But you can always speak to your treating doctor about
Doctor :
and could be used for short term
Doctor :
if the condition is not of concern
Doctor :
and you are only having pain
Doctor :
then you can go for Pain management
User :   you mean my reason for Medical marijuana?
Doctor :   No, not just that

User :   I haven't smoked marijuana for many years but with all of these ailments latley it seems that it may be the right option. And now I can legally get a card here.
Doctor :   Ok, but it is still a debatable issue

Doctor :
and do not give it a priority
User :   I won't
User :   So now I understand you really aren't for it!
Doctor :   Yes, I do not give it a priority

User :   but your help should prove good tomorrow, when i finally can start to figure out whats wrong with me
Doctor :
though the recent studies have shown its benefits
Doctor :
but long term studies are not there to support it
Doctor :   the main issue is of its abuse potential

User :   I just thought it might be easier, last time I went though physical rehab, exercises vicodin percocet and nothing really helped me. I would still have days where it was hard if not impossible to get out of bed
Doctor :   Ok

Doctor :
But there are better pain management procedures
Doctor :
without use of drugs
User :   ok
User :   i guess i covered everything i wanted to talk about
User :   other than the fact that I think I have bronchitis
Doctor :   Ok

Doctor :
Is it Chronic Bronchitis?
User :   its a deep cough that has lasted about 5 days, with congestion and a soar throat. no fever
Doctor :   The advice from my side is that let Marijuana be the last option in the list

User :   ok
Doctor :   Ok

Doctor :
Have you taken any medications for Bronchitis?
User :   in the past
Doctor :   Ok

Doctor :
You should go for a course of antibiotics
Doctor :
as such attacks could be of infective and/or allergic origin
Doctor :
along with some symptomatic treatment
User :   all right, my aunt just had bronchitis a week ago so I am making a dr appointment tomorrow
Doctor :   Ok

Doctor :
Are you meeting 2 doctors tomorrow?
User :   no, I am scheduling an appt. with my MD.
Doctor :
Ok
User :   hopefull she will see me tomorrow but I don't know
User :   today acutally
Doctor :
What is his/her specialization?
