Doctor :   From what you've told me you seem to have over exerted your muscles- and might have caused a strain or pull

Doctor :   Have you stopped going to the gym now? if not -first it is better for you take a few days of rest- don't try any exercises

Doctor :   You can apply moov/ voveran gel lightly- over the affected areas - you can also use a cold pack over the affected muscles for about 5 minutes twice a day
User :   but my instructor says i should not stop as if i go back after a break the same thing will happen

Doctor :   See- you should never exercise to the point where you cannot move your arms comfortably- if you are having pain- it means you have injured your muscles
