User :   I have got some pain in my lower back and legs
User :   It is very difficult to walk after sitting for some time
User :   So I have consulted a doctor and he said it is the starting stages of slip disc
Doctor :   Ok
User :   He prescribed some medicine and I have been taking it
User :   Now the pain is reduced and leg movement is more easy than earlier

User :   but there is a new issue with leg
User :   It seems like I get this tickling feeling sometimes on the feet
User :   kind of small pin pricks... the feeling that you get when u sit or keep your leg still for a long time
User :   So I just wanted to know if that is something serious

Doctor :   Most back pains resolve on their own if taken proper rest and right exercises

Doctor :   Sametime they get better and would not recur if you follow proper posture during your work

Doctor :   You can take the pain killers when it pains and rest for a couple of days

Doctor :   If there is disc slip, it is more likely to aggravate if you do not care for it

Doctor :   It depends on how far the disc slipped and what is it pressing on
User :   I just want to undertand how critical is it.

Doctor :   As I told most often the slips sits back if you take proper rest, exercise and posture improvement

User :   but has not done any excersises as it was paining
Doctor :   Ok your doctor should have referred you to Physiotherapist

Doctor :   Keep a watch on other symptoms like neck pain, shoulder pain
Doctor :   which can also creep in if you do not take proper precautions
User :   I had neck pain that is eased now
User :   and now shoulder pain
Doctor :   These are all due to long hours without breaks
User :   no shoulder pain I mean
Doctor :   Try to take short breaks once every 30 minutes
User :   yes.. I understood that now
