User :   I had a baby in Feb10..
User :   since then, I have some pain left in my knees and ankles
Doctor :   Please proceed with your query.
User :   Currently having calcium supplement and Supradyn..
User :   Could u suggest something to cure this pain..
User :   Plus I still get tired easily..
Doctor :   Is there any other symptom also present? May i know your age?
User :   31
Doctor :   Is the pain periodic or continuous?
User :   not really..general fatigue and pain in knees/ ankles and sometimes hip joints..
User :   i had a nornal delivery..
User :   when i walk for example, the ankles hurt a bit..the left one more than the right one..
Doctor :   Are you taking proper balanced diet?
User :   similarly if I get up after sitting then the knees hurt..
User :   i think so...
User :   milk 2or 3 times a day...
Doctor :   1)Have balanced diet with more of protein, calcium and iron like dals, veggies, fruits
User :   egg almost everyday
Doctor :   Ok
User :   and then regular meals..
Doctor :   Did you ever get yourself examined for this pain since it id present throughout and also related with posture?
Doctor :   2)Take tablet A to Z daily once
User :   havent lost much weight since the deivery either - was 46 when i conceived, reached 59 and now hover between 44-45
User :   no havent really been to a doctor for this..
User :   my gyane had suggested supradyn and shelcal so continuing with that..
User :   supradyn is a multi-vitamin..
User :   so shud i take A-Z alomg with these?
User :   sorry i had meant 54-55
Doctor :   Actualy after delivery sometimes the bones become weak because of the additional calcium requirement and you feel weak but since it has been long you have it even after vtaking calcium and supplements you need to get a X ray done for the knee area
User :   ok..
User :   but there has been no injury per se...
Doctor :   Yes it is not because of the injury i am saying but general pregnancy period.
Doctor :   Also you nee to reduce your weight.
User :   ok.
User :   but there is the paradox - i have to eat well and reduce weight... unable to get time for exercise
Doctor :   Its not eat well, you have to eat balanced diet and do regular exercise even a daily walk will help
User :   and am still feeding the baby...2-3 times a day on weekdays and 4 times on weekends
User :   ok.
Doctor :   Ok
User :   well thank u.
Doctor :   Is there anything else you would like to know?
User :   No that's it. Thank you.
