i had a knee pain since couple of year, i gets pain whenever i put pressure on my knees like while climbing staircases, sit ups..
Please suggest what should i do.

User:yes,long back i mean aroung 10 years back i felt down from 1st floor but i did not get any injury

User:occationally i will get pain from that time onwards
