User :   I wanted to consult with u regarding one of the health issue of my friend
User :   he is getting a pain in chest bone....

User :   actually it started from yesterday....whenever he is doing any movement in his body, bending down...he is getting a pain in chest bone
User :   not sure what could be the reason
Doctor :   does he have any other symptoms associated?
User :   he took one tablet..."Zintec" yesterday

Doctor :   is there burning sensation in chest? is there sweating, palpitation, chest tightness associated when he is having pain?
Doctor :   did he get relief with the medication?
Doctor :   has his food habits changed?
Doctor :   did he have any injury to chest bone? did he lift anything heavy?
User :   yes...he is feeling chest tightness ...but no other symptoms
User :   he had no injury
User :   no...that tablet made not much of relief
User :   no food habits changed as such...but he had some food which was lil Dala Wada and Wada pav
Doctor :   ok. is he having belching, burping, flatulence, change in stool habit or consistency?
Doctor :   is tehre upper stomach discomfort or burning?
Doctor :   did he have any injury to chest bone? did he lift anything heavy?
User :   he had no injury and he had not lift anything heavy....he slept properly.....but when he got up next day morning...he was having pain
Doctor :   ok. please ask him to rate his pain on scale of 1-10, with 10 being highest intensity

User :   the intensity can be 3-4
User :   whenever he is taking any move in his body...then he gets the pain....and then it reduces slowly
Doctor :   ok. if the pain is coming only with movements, then it could be musculosketal in nature, not necessarily cardiac in origin
User :   so what can be done to cure it
Doctor :   he can take Tab Dolo 650 mg 2 times a day, and avoid any strenuous movements involving upper chest and shoulders

Doctor :   he should be better in 2 days, if not, then he will need further investigations
Doctor :   like ECG and x-ray to see if any other underlying causes can be found
Doctor :   tell him to get himself examined by a doctor (orthopedic surgeon if ECG comes back normal)
Doctor :   have you followed what I have said?
User :   can he eat idli and sambhar in breakfast

User :   also please advise how this medicine needs to be taken and what time
Doctor :   he can take idli with chutney, let him avoid all spicy and masala foods
User :   is there any precautions to be taken...?
Doctor :   avoid citrus fruits and juices and avoid oily fried foods
Doctor :   medication is to be taken 2 times a day after food, morning and night
User :   okay..the tablet name is..."Dolo 650 mg"
