Doctor :   yes please proceed
Doctor :   how can i help you
User :   Okay, so back in 6th grade, I had a knee issue. I had to act something out in drama class, and I had to fall to the ground. When I got back up, my knee popped out of joint or something. I felt pain in the right joint of my right knee, I think. At least, that's where it is usually from what I remember. I may have felt it in my left knee. THere was even an incident in Kindergarten that may have related to that.
User :   So after the incident in 6th grade, they had me wag my leg back and forth a lot of times, if I remember correctly.
User :   So in 7th grade, we went to see a doctor, and I thought they told me to use ankle weights, but my mom said they said to kick a soccer ball from side to side, and I didn't do that.
Doctor :   ok
User :   I also was given medication and a knee brace for jazz class.
Doctor :   ok
User :   At the time, it tended to happen every time I had to go below 90 degrees and come back up.
Doctor :   ok
User :   In 8th grade, when I was more active, I believe it got better and didn't happen as much, or I was just better about avoiding it. Usually, if I sat a certain way, and straightened it out, it was fine.
Doctor :   ok
User :   Then, my senior year of high school, I stepped in a funny position in heels and the same thing happened. And even with straigtening it out, it took longer than usual to get better.
Doctor :   ok
User :   And it seems like these days, it happens on occassions when I get in funny positions. I still have a hard time getting up from below 90 degrees, but that thing doesn't seem to happen in that case anymore.
Doctor :   ok
User :   I recently went to a doctor about this, and I forget what she said. She may have said something to do with exercise and weights. I then went to see another doctor, and asked about physical therapy, and she said that she could do that, but my mom refuses to pay for it as I wouldn't do the exercises.
User :   I'm done.
Doctor :   ok
User :   I'm wondering if it may have to do with the fibro myalga a doctor at this site diagnosed me with, or if there is something I can do about this. And what diagnosis it is.
