User :   I am having pain in the stomch since last evening
Doctor :   what kind of pain it is/ is it burning type or just dull pain types
User :   I am a muslima and yesterday after fast breaking, i ate a lot of oily food

User :   whole night as if my stomach becomes so hard and big
