User :   theres a pain in my shoulder joint

User :   i didnt have pain in morning it starts when i keep the hand ina single motion for long period

Doctor :   I would feel that you have strained your tendons or the muscle and that has not had time to heal and hence it has been lasting for this long there is nothing to be bothered about
