User:I am facing issues with pain in my right shoulder and back pain at work.
User:both are realted to work.
User:If i goto gym and do some weight training then my right shoulder pain a lot and it swells.
User:so i cannot proceed with gym
User:with regards to back pain. its hard to sit down straight for longer durations.

User:yes. this shoulder problem is for last 1-2 yrs. i have checked with doctor but he says it is due to work. do some regular stretching.

User:i had regular health checkup reports with me
Doctor:X-rays of the affected shoulder?
Doctor:Let me brief you.
Doctor:You seem to be harboring a chronic condition
User:can u elaborate what exactly is that.
Doctor:the cause of which cannot be predicted without a physical examination.
User:any suggestion for back pain or test to go thru
Doctor:Since you notice swelling on the shoulder along with pain after strenuous exercise
Doctor:radiological tests - like X-rays and MRI scan will help us identify if the problem is severe or benign.
Doctor:I think you will need this first.
User:ok. btw there is no problem if dont lift any weight

Doctor:Exercise can flare up a pre-existing problem
Doctor:hence my recommendation to do test when you have the symptoms.
Doctor:If nothing is found on test while you have symptoms,
Doctor:then this could be related to strain
Doctor:and can be treated with pain killer and warm compress.

Doctor:You can use pain killer and warm compresses during acute painful moments
Doctor:but preferably get X-rays / MRI scan performed after consulting orthopedic surgeon

User:i have recently gone thru regular health checkup also. everything is good except one thing
User:neutrophils count is 37%
User:lymphocytes is 57%
User:sgot is 58 u/i
User:rest everything is fine
User:how to get these under recommended value
Doctor:A high neutrophil percentage with low lymphocyte is noted during acute infection
Doctor:This is generally a temporary process which gets corrected once infection is recovered.
Doctor:And SGOT values under 100 are not concerning.
User:ok. any precaution i shud take?
Doctor:We do not advice any specific measures to control that.
Doctor:All these are incidental finding.
Doctor:You need not be worried about them.
Doctor:Your body has capabilities to handle those changes by itself.
