User:Please be little clear, Can she take or not?
Doctor:yes, That is what my advice is
User:ok. Thanks bys
Doctor:she can take Brufen for another 3-4 days
Doctor:Ibuprofen (content of brufen) is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent.
Doctor:Ibuprofen passes into breastmilk in very low levels -- less than 0.6 percent of the maternal dose.
Doctor:and It is also frequently given directly to infants to reduce fever.
Doctor:The American Academy of Pediatrics considers ibuprofen compatible with breastfeeding.
Doctor:Hence there is no reason for you to worry about the use of Ibuprofen (Brufen ) for the relief of the postoperative pain
Doctor:u r welcome
Doctor:take care and bye for now
