there is a problem that i face while running
if i run for more than 5 mins, i get pain in the lower abdomen
May i know ur age, weight and height ?
n also get tired very soon

its been 1 week...
but earlier also when i used to run i used to feel the same
the most probable reason for your pain, would be deconditioning
i would suggest you to do some stretching exercises for 20 mins before starting to run
and take it slow
i have been cycling since past 3-4 months for long distance - 70-80 km... but dont feel the same
n also get tired very soon...is there someway to increase stamina?
have u lost weight over some time ?

how long can u work out at a medium pace and how long at a fast pace ?
no...i havnt lost weight..thats another problem..i do want to lose weight
cycling i can do non-stop 20-30 kms at fast pace...70 km at medum pace without getting tired...

so that is a good pace with cycling
instead of running , try fast paced walk

walk for 1 hr minimum,
and try to burn about 600 to 900 calories in a day
this will help you to lose about 2-3 kilos in one month, provided you are on a low fat, low carb diet
keep your total calorie intake per day less than 1800
again...i am a foodie...
but will try to keep a low calorie foodie
