User :   Let me give you detail description..

User :   I am Male, Married, 28 yrs old I have pain in Right testicular and it slowly extend to the right side of the lower abdomen and after 2 to 3 hrs it becomes severe pain. If I take pain killer (ibobrofin) tablet then I am getting relif from the pain. Whn I get pain I face Symptoms like Burning sensation while passing urine. I did not have any sweeling on the testicule Pleas advice me for this issue..
