Doctor :   Ok, Is your diet regular since past 5 days ?
User :   absolutely
Doctor :   Ok, Is the pain intermittent or continious ?
User :   intermittent .. i jus notice it few times in a day
Doctor :   Ok, i consider it to be due to flatulance ( gas )
Doctor :   Have you taken any medication for the same ?

Doctor :   Ok, I would ask you to take tab Prilosec 20mg once a day early in the morning before food for 5 days and also take a antispasmodics like Dicyclomin
Doctor :   this will give you relief and get you rid of the problem if its just due to flatulence
User :   wat is Dicyclomin
Doctor :   if after 5 days of treatment if the pain persists i would ask you to go for a USG scan to rule out appendice involvement
Doctor :   Dicyclomin is a antispasmodic , it will relax the smooth muscle in the intestine and give you relief from pain
