User :   i keep gettin leg pain very frequently

Doctor :   I would say that this problem is more related to your sitting position at office and your low activity levels
Doctor :   Because your problem comes in the afternoon
Doctor :   when you would have spent close to 3-4 hours sitting in front of the computer
Doctor :   and hence you might have to do 2 things
Doctor :   follow good ergonomics while working in front of the computer
Doctor :   and also follow good activity levels in terms of a good amount of walking per day
Doctor :   using the stairs instead of the elevator
Doctor :   Walking up the stairs is beneficial for the knees
Doctor :   If the pain is not too troublesome
Doctor :   These measure should help you out
Doctor :   in both relieving the pain
Doctor :   and in preventing further pain
Doctor :   I am sure this is temporary
Doctor :   and should get resolved in a couple of weeks

Doctor :   2. Walk more, use stairs and also take a small walk either in the morning or evening
