i suggest you to go for a repeat orthopedic examination for your shoulder pain, and discuss the possibilities of starting IFT and ultrasonic massage and possible wax bath modalities of physiotherapy with your treating orthopedician.
Doctor :   also for the symptomatic pain relief use Relaxyl spray on the shoulder two times a day

and avoid activities that cause pain

and continue the physiotherapy after discussion with your orthopedic doctor as suggested above for better pain relief.
