User :   i feel pain on my heels on early hours of the day, what could be the problem?

Doctor :   Sudden onset pain in the heal without any previous illness can occur due to soft tissue problems such as fasciatis.
Doctor :   The probable cause for the same can be injury sustained or due to pressure effects (secondary to weight or shoe wearing)
