User :   I regularly go to jim. I am totally fit, but I get pain at my fore arms after I do the jim.

User :   I tried putting some pain reliefs but still I get the pain.
User :   From last 1 Year, but pain started from last 2 months

User :   yeah. Normally I wont get the pain, only after doing specific wieght lifting I get this pain.
Doctor :   this may be due to musle strin or sprain
User :   I tried resting those exercises, but even I do after resting this pain comes

User :   Ok , do you advise any medicine or change in food?

Doctor :   for pain you can take Tab Ibugesic plus 3 times a day for 3 days after food
