User :   My left eyes feels like it is pulling why it that. Some times my left foot and hand fel the same way

User :   Well, my left sometimes feels just funny like it is pulling. At time my left hand feels like it the same way. and something when I start to walk my left foot feels like it will not make another step like it is pulling back wards. i have all kinds of tests, the only thing they have come up with is a large hitial herina.

Doctor :   Do you have any visual disturbances?
User :   i do have CP in my left side, but this started about 10 years ago. I have had some fainting spells. no my visual it fine

Doctor :   When was the last time you visited a ophthalmologist?
User :   about 3 months ago

Doctor :   What was there diagnosis?
User :   Some one told me that this could be hypoventralation- the fainting and the funny feeling in my left eye and hand and fot.
User :   My eyes are okay-- just near sighted

Doctor :   Do you have the feeling in the hand and the foot at the same time?
User :   sometimes, sometimes not. It depends

Doctor :   How many time do you have such incidents in a day / week?
User :   I would say once a day, after a fainting spell. then they go away gradually. I do know that it happening alot when talking on the phone.

long does each spell last?
User :   sometimes a few minutes others times 20 to 30 minutes.

Doctor :   Have these spells increased or decreased during the years?
User :   I have another question, can you faint from your stomach being strangled in your hitial hernia?

Doctor :   Do you have pain in the area of the hernia?
User :   the spells increase after fainting and then gradually disapear-- like panic attacks. I do have panic attacks after fainting.
User :   yes
Doctor :   Are these fainting attacks present since 10 years?
User :   yes, 1 to 2 times every 3 years.

Doctor :   Do you have any other symptoms during these fainting attacks?
User :   I have problems eating due to my CP. I swallow everything whole. I have put my self on a puree diet that seems to be helping

Doctor :   what did the doctor say for the hiatal hernia? Treatment ?
User :   They only gave me over the counter medience like zantac, They seem to make my system or body hurt more.

Doctor :   Have you shown yourself to any cardiologist?
User :   I have been on my puree diet for about 3 weeks and my chest pains and indigestion are all gone, but I still have the eye pulling. Do you think I injured a nerve that will heal from my eating.
User :   yes, my heart is fine. Once they said I had a heart murrer, but 6 months later they said it was gone. heart prolapse

Doctor :   If the eating habit have reduced your chest pain and indigestion, then pain was probably due to acid reflux.
User :   My eating is very bad! I have no control in my tongue, but for some reason have manage to only have a mild speech defect

Doctor :   eating is very bad? Do you have problem in chewing or swallowing?
User :   can aa hiatal hernia cause hyperventralation, toio?
User :   yes, I do not chew and I drooling some--- most of the time in fact.
Doctor :   Big Hiatal hernias, can cause hyperventralation.
Doctor :   The problem in chewing? is it one side of the mouth or both?
User :   Okay that explains the fainting. I hyperventralate

User :   What can I do to not hypervenlate?
Doctor :   Don't over strain your self.
Doctor :   Avoid anxious situations.
Doctor :   Avoid too much of coffee, smoke
User :   after fainting my whole problem is that I am afraid of driving. Do you know a program to help me relax in a car?
User :   I took myself off of cafine and I don't smoke

Doctor :   You mean relaxation technique?
User :   yes- I do beathing exercise after I faint, then I forget about them after the panic attacks leave

User :   Can menapause play in to the fact of all this fainting, eye pulling, hyperventration?
Doctor :   Is it possible for you to try relaxation technique like yoga?
User :   yes
Doctor :   Menopause can cause symptoms like these.
Doctor :   Then you can try yoga for relaxing.
User :   I will get a DVD on yoga immedately.
Doctor :   Ok.
User :   My period changes every time I faint and it seems to be when I ovalate.
Doctor :   Give me your age, height and weight.
User :   My eye and hand and foot pull more about 2 to 3 days before my period.
Doctor :   How times have you experienced such incidents after periods?
User :   my age is 56, height is 5'8" and weight is 160
Doctor :   Ok.
User :   It is not after my period it is before
Doctor :   Ok.
