User :   :)
User :   sure:)
Doctor :   A cardiac chest pain are severe, it feels like an man standing on your chest.
Doctor :   Some feel that there is an extreme tightness of the chest as if some one where to squeeze the chest.
User :   well some time i feel like:( too
Doctor :   You sweat profusely with this pain.
Doctor :   And not just feeling hot or cold.
User :   i was at ekg and there was all ok , also
User :   ekg#
Doctor :   And more importantly since these pain are present for more than 3 months, you will definitely have changes in the EKG.
Doctor :   And if the EKG is normal, then the chances of cardiac causes are very minimal.
User :   cardiac is also when the heart dont get enought oxigen?
User :   or the veins
Doctor :   Yes, cardiac pains occur when the arteries of the heart don't receive enough blood and thereby reducing the oxygen supply.
User :   I go crazy from this pain , it torture me for 24 hours , I START really have psychic problems from it
User :   aha....
User :   Then what it can be?
User :   Why the heart act like this? it dont beat fast but it beat hard SOME TIME I FEEL IT IN ME NECK
User :   is hard to explain
User :   but i hope you know what i mean
Doctor :   A non cardiac chest pain as caused by numerous reasons.
Doctor :   The most common cause is gastritis.
User :   but can gastritis make the heart rate crazy `?
Doctor :   Apart from these there are various other psychological factors such as anxiety, stress?
User :   i make test .I know is strange and not clever test but I try use subutex in veins again and after that the pain get much more impulse .
User :   but im not stress
User :   im fine
User :   i just go crazy from pain
User :   yes after pain i get anxiety from be afriad about life but that normal ithink
Doctor :   Since the antacids are not helping you, its probably one of the psychological factors that is causing these symptoms.
User :   i think everybody will be scary when have pain for 24 hours aday
Doctor :   If your symptoms are severe and is disturbing your daily activities,
User :   yes
User :   it does
User :   alot
User :   i cant do anything
Doctor :   Then you need to consult your doctor/psychologist.
User :   when i move fast or run or have sex the heart start palpilate
User :   and i have to stop and rest
Doctor :   Running and exertion can make heart beat fast.
User :   is very hard to believe this
