User:I do not have any specific problem as such
User:I am trying to lose weight
User:as after pregnancy and delivery I have put on almost 10 Kg

User:i have lost about 6 kgs, i regularly exercise and eat healthy food as much as I can
User:my current wt is 63
User:my ideal weight is 55, before pregnancy I was 57/58
