User :   how much fruit is okay per day and another question i have this fear that if I start using boiled water..i will lose immunity..is that true?
Doctor :   ForThe burning sensation in Your rectum I would suggest that You avoid constipation and spicy foodas as that could be aggrivating it

User :   Suppose I start drinking boiled water everday ...now this will only be available in home..if i go on a trip where boiled water is not available..in that case will i suffer a digestive breakdown earlier if compared to not starting boiling water in the first case.
