Doctor :
Testicular pain is mainly due to a unknown trauma,
Doctor :
or due to a infection
User :   what causes for infection?
Doctor :
It can also be due to other causes like kidney stones or a hernia
User :   ive masturbated twice since ive had this and ejaculation was fine no pains or weird colors
Doctor :
Ok
Doctor :   And is there any symptoms while urinating?
User :   no not really is there something i should be looking for? i just feel like ive urinated a bit more than ususal today

Doctor :
And what is the type of pain can you describe?
User :   well im not sure but i really dont have much pain more so discomfort when i touch it or if i walk and they move around. if i tap it slightly it does hurt where the pain shoots up to my abdominal area but not that severe
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :
And is there any other problem?
User :   no not really i can say ive been goin to the bathroom alot
Doctor :
So, right now I feel that it is not a major concern
Doctor :
You can take a painkiller like Tylenol DS which is a OTC, twice daily for 2 days
User :   i woke up nauseas today but i ate and i was fine
Doctor :   Ok
User :   what should i be lookin for?
Doctor :
Take Tylenol after food.
Doctor :
You can wait for 2 days
Doctor :
If it does not subside then you will need to see a Urologist
Doctor :
Did you follow what I said?
User :   is there something i should feel for? yea i understood take painkillers for now. but is it possible to have pain and not have something serious?
Doctor :
Yes, it can be just due to some anxiety
Doctor :
In that case it will subside in another 2 days
User :   anxiety?
Doctor :
Yes, one of the commonest to cause pains without any organic cause
User :   what about the frequent urination? and bowel movements?
Doctor :
Ok
Doctor :
Are the stools watery?
User :   no
Doctor :   Do you have pain in the abdomen?
User :   well yes because im sore from doin an ab workout 2 days ago
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :
That muscular pain might itself be causing you testicular pain also
Doctor :   But again that is one possibility
Doctor :
and cannot be pinpointed as the only cause
User :   if it was a hernia i would be in constant pain right?
Doctor :
Not really
Doctor :
But you will notice a swelling
Doctor :   You would be of more concern with the swelling rather than pain
User :   ok its just a bit hard because one testicle always seems a bit larger than the other
Doctor :
if it was hernia
User :   oh ok
Doctor :
Yes that is usual
Doctor :   It is not a sign of problem
User :   see like now i just tapped it and it gave me discomfort and sum pain in my abdominal area like when u get hit in the groin but not as much pain
Doctor :   Yes I understood that
Doctor :
Do not think too much of it
Doctor :
See how it progresses for the next 2 days
Doctor :
Meanwhile take Tylenol to ease the pain
Doctor :
Is that fine?
User :   well yea i guess theres not much to be done besides take painkillers
Doctor :
Yes not now
Doctor :
Also I advise you not to exert yourself, like workouts for next 3-4 days
User :   ok i ruled out goin today and tomorrow
Doctor :
Is there any thing else I can help you with?
User :   no thats it i appreciate the help
