User:sir i am having a pain below my jaw which is not very intense

Doctor:1. Gargle your throat, 2-3 times daily, with warm saline.
Doctor:2. Steam inhalation with Cap. Carvol plus dissolved in the water.
Doctor:Carvol Plus is a capsule which is available in the pharmacies.
Doctor:You can dissolve it in hot water before inhaling the steam.
Doctor:3. Avoid drinking cold water.
Doctor:4. Avoid having refrigerated food.
User:should i stop having curd
Doctor:5. Maintain your room at a warm temperature.
User:as i generally have it
Doctor:Curd can cause an aggravation in throat infection sometimes.
Doctor:So it is better to avoid it.
