User :   I have a sharp pain near my back of my neck

Doctor :   SInce when is the pain
User :   this happens when I turn to left.
User :   I was going to gym for the past one month, and for the past 2 days I had not gone... and also had very less sleep.

User :   may be due to my sleeping posture this pain has come.
User :   please let me know whether I can continue with my cardio exercises at gym today.
Doctor :   If you are doing only cardio ( Running, cycling, Ellipticals) then it is fine
Doctor :   The other muscle strengthening exercises should be better avoided for 1 day
Doctor :   especially the neck exercises
User :   can I do some of the loosening exercises, like rotating the neck, etc.

Doctor :   From the start of the pain it is better to avoid for 48 hrs and then resume
Doctor :   slowly
User :   I noticed this pain from today morning is it better to avoid for another 2 days
